Dresdner Robin was retained by Blue Stone Holdings I, LLC to develop a 26 story mixed-use (residential and retail) high rise building and development in Jersey City, NJ. The 152 unit apartment building would also provide over 26,000 square feet of retail at the ground level and over 300 parking spaces. The project would also provide luxury amenity space including rooftop and at-grade landscaped areas.
Dresdner Robin provided civil engineering design and surveying services including the preparation of site plans and engineering reports to address stormwater management and utility services. Dresdner Robin prepared various permit applications which have been secured including local municipal site plan approval, county board for subdivision approval and approval from various utility authorities for water and sewer. The site is situated in the tidal flood hazard area; therefore the engineering design was required to address various stormwater resiliency measures and additional permitting from NJDEP’s Land Use Review Program for a Flood Hazard Area Permit.
Dresdner Robin’s scope of work includes the preparation of construction documents and providing construction administration services included shop drawing review, responses to RFI’s, and coordination with regulatory agencies.
