Dresdner Robin was retained by Silverman to develop a seven story mixed-use residential high rise building in Jersey City, NJ. Dresdner Robin provided an initial due diligence review for the project and conceptual plans. Dresdner Robin continued on the project providing engineering and landscape architectural services by providing all site plan design documents for the development. The project required various permits which have been secured including local municipal site plan approval, approval from various utility authorities and NJDEP for water and sewer, flood hazard area permitting from NJDEP with deviations for proposed building features being below design flood elevations including the lobby proving access to the residential space. The project required on-site storm water management facilities and various new utility service connections.
