Dresdner Robin was retained by KRE Properties in connection to the acquisition of multiple properties for a multi tower high rise redevelopment in Jersey City, NJ. Our environmental services included property due diligence investigations consisting of preliminary assessments, site investigations, asbestos surveys and the preparation of remediation cost estimates to assist our clients in mitigating liability. Upon acquisition, Dresdner Robin continued with the necessary investigation and remediation, under the oversight of a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) employed by Dresdner Robin, in compliance with applicable local, state and federal rules and technical guidance. Activities included remedial investigations of soil and groundwater, removal of underground storage tanks, geophysical investigations, excavation and off-site disposal of contaminated soils and construction oversight.
Upon completion of various stages of investigation, remediation and development, Dresdner Robin prepared or is currently preparing the required documentation for submittal to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) including, Preliminary Assessment Reports, Site Investigation Reports, Remedial Investigation Reports, Receptor Evaluations, UST Closure Reports, Remedial Action Workplans, Deed Notices, Classification Exception Areas, Remedial Action Permits and Remedial Action Reports. Upon completion of remediation and redevelopment, Dresdner Robin will issue a Response Action Outcome (RAO).
