Livingston Center
Dresdner Robin provided an innovative mixed-use concept plan for the reinvention of Livingston Town Center. Dresdner Robin involved residents, planning board members, township officials, and business leaders in the planning process and developed a design vocabulary based on citizen input and colloquial architecture. The result is a neotraditional “Town Square” plan that has been implemented as a profitable development and an active, pedestrian-friendly space that serves the needs of town residents.
