Dresdner Robin was retained by Formation-Shelbourne Senior Living Services in connection to the development of an assisted living facility in Marlboro, NJ. At the start of the project Dresdner Robin prepared an initial site investigation which entailed the review of bulk zoning requirements, utility availability and potential environmental constraints. Upon completion of the due diligence phase, Dresdner Robin continued with engineering and surveying services which included boundary and topographic survey, site plan development, design of an on-site storm water management facility under the guidance of a Licensed Professional Engineer. In addition to the Marlboro Township Board of Adjustment approval, Dresdner Robin prepared and acquired the necessary outside agency approvals including Monmouth County Planning Board, Freehold Soil Conservation District, NJDEP Treatment Works Approval, and Marlboro Township Water Permit.
Upon completion of the various approvals, Dresdner Robin prepared construction drawings and documents. Throughout construction Dresdner Robin continued to provide construction administration services which included shop drawing review, responses to RFI’s, and coordination with regulatory agencies.
