Dresdner Robin was retained by Bijou Properties in connection to the acquisition and redevelopment of a former industrial property in Hoboken, NJ. Park + Garden consists of two (2) fourteen (14) story towers with premier luxury rentals, a charter school, a robotic/automated parking system and retail space. Our environmental services included property due diligence investigations consisting of preliminary assessments, site investigations, asbestos surveys and the preparation of remediation cost estimates to assist our clients in mitigating liability. Upon acquisition, Dresdner Robin continued with the necessary investigation and remediation, under the oversight of a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) employed by Dresdner Robin, in compliance with applicable local, state and federal rules and technical guidance including remedial investigations of soil and groundwater, vapor intrusion investigations, excavation and off-site disposal of contaminated soils and construction oversight.
Upon completion of various stages of investigation, remediation and development, Dresdner Robin has prepared the required documentation for submittal to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) including, Preliminary Assessment Reports, Site Investigation Reports, Remedial Investigation Reports, Receptor Evaluations, UST Closure Reports, Remedial Action Workplans, Receptor Evaluations, Beneficial Use Determination, Deed Notices, Classification Exception Areas and Remedial Action Reports. Upon completion of remediation and development, Dresdner Robin will issue a Response Action Outcome (RAO).
